    Bio Barrier protects surfaces from harmful microorganisms that cause odor and mold growth. Upon initial contact with a clean dry surface, Bio Barrier eliminates odors. Effective protection of mold and algae re-growth should last a minimum of 6 months dependent on the environment and frequency of exposure to water or moisture. Single applications have been known to last over 18 months, average effectiveness 12 months. Suggested uses are on vinyl or wood house siding, roofing materials of all types and any surface area mold growth is a recurring problem. Do not Dilute. 

    How Bio Barrier works

    Bio Barrier reduces the ability for microbes (bacteria, mold, and fungus) to reproduce. It does this by interfering with the formation of a bio-film microbes need to live. Normally bacteria can replicate every 20 minutes, in perfect conditions with one cell becoming 16,777,216 in only 8 hours! Microbes reproduce by division. In order to reproduce, the microbes need to affix to as surface and form a Calyx. Once attached, they can reproduce by budding / vegetative growth. BioBarrier prevents attachment to the surface; thus the microbe can not exert enough “force” to permit budding. With reproduction eliminated, the age of the colony increases its vulnerability to light and heat.
